These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Jenora AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our mobile application, website, and related services. By accessing or using Jenora AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services. These Terms are intended to ensure a safe and fair experience for all users.
Jenora AI provides insights, analysis, and tools designed to help users better understand their emotional patterns and relationships. By using the service, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm the service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you should notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Jenora AI provides insights based on user input and AI analysis. These insights are intended for informational and personal development purposes only and should not be considered professional advice, including but not limited to psychological, medical, or relationship counselling. While we aim to provide helpful and meaningful insights, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes based on the information provided.
Jenora AI allows users to connect with partners to compare insights and relationship patterns. By choosing to connect with another user, you agree to share certain aspects of your data, such as your results and compatibility insights, with that individual. This connection is voluntary and can be ended at any time. We are not responsible for how other users interpret or use shared information once a connection is established.
Certain features of Jenora AI are available through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store or payment provider. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Money-back Policy set out in Section 11 of these Terms.
All content, features, and functionality within Jenora AI, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and software, are the property of Jenora AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional decisions, relationship outcomes, or actions taken based on insights provided by the app. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Jenora AI at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the service is harmful to us or other users. You may also stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
At Jenora AI, we want you to feel confident using our service. This section explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made through our platform. By subscribing to Jenora AI, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Jenora AI may offer a free trial period for new users. During this time, you can explore the service without being charged. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being billed. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, the subscription becomes active and subject to the terms below.
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed through your app store or payment provider, and you are responsible for managing your subscription and billing settings through that platform.
As a general rule, all payments are non-refundable once processed. However, we may consider refund requests under certain circumstances, such as accidental purchases or technical issues that prevent access to the service. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the charge.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled directly by those platforms in accordance with their respective policies. We do not have control over their refund decisions and recommend contacting them directly for assistance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store or payment provider. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your active subscription period.
Refunds will not be issued for partial use of the service, change of mind, or failure to cancel before the renewal date, except where required by applicable law. We encourage users to make use of the free trial period to evaluate the service before committing to a subscription.
